About Our Homestead Quarters

Imagine your Texas getaway: sprawling across 6,000 square feet of pure ranch-style comfort. This isn’t just any vacation rental; it’s The Homestead Quarters, a 1950s remodeled dream come true, ready to host you and your loved ones (up to 18 of them!).

Exposed brick gives a hint of the Homestead Quarters history along with wall sconces giving off a warm, amber light. Stunning cedar beam ceilings make the whole place feel airy and spacious.

Ali Epler

Owner

Ali Epler – alongside her family who ranches in Wyoming – proudly owns the Diamond A. With a deep-rooted love for both travel and ranching, Ali’s journey led her to diverse experiences across the globe which eventually landed her in Lipan, Texas.

Upon acquiring the Diamond A, Ali returned to the USA, wholeheartedly embracing the opportunity to manage the ranch and establish the wedding venue. 

Today, Ali’s meticulous efforts to perfect the backend operations of the venue as well as her dedication and vision continue to shape the story of the Diamond A.

Danielle Tomaski

Venue Manager

Meet Danielle Tomaski (Dani), a true country girl at heart, who comes from a farm in Alberta, Canada. Since her early days, she’s been drawn to the warmth of people, the joy of entertainment, and the country lifestyle.

She is vibrant, family-oriented, and should be coined a solution sorcerer because of her innate knack to problem solve. 

As our Venue Manager and In-House Coordinator extraordinaire, Danielle’s passion for perfection shines through in every aspect of her work. From logistics to special touches, Danielle’s hardwork knows no bounds.

Celica Munoz

Venue Assistant

Celica Munoz is a Venue Assistant at Diamond A Ranch with a passion for creating beautifully organized, memorable events.

What started as a love for planning and decorating has grown into a role she truly enjoys. With a background in education, she brings heart, structure, and connection into everything she does.

Celica is a proud wife since 2010 and a mom of four who keeps life full and meaningful.

Raised in Dallas and rooted in Lipan, she is deeply community driven and loves creating moments that matter.

How many guests do you allow at weddings?

250 guests

Do you allow outside vendors?

Yes, we do! If requested, we can provide a preferred vendors list. You are required to use one of our approved bartending services.

What amenities are included in your wedding packages?

All of our packages include: 250 reception chairs and 250 ceremony chairs, 72″ round tables, 6’/8′ rectangle tables, cocktail tables, 2 wine barrels, an arbor & a sweetheart table. Our Wedding Experience Package also includes polyester linens, full access to our decor catalogue, light lunches on wedding day in the bridal suites, access to our fishing pond and shooting range, as well as other special inclusions.

Can we supply our own alcohol?

Yes, you must supply your own. We do not supply any alcohol. Cash bars are prohibited. Alcohol must be served by one of our approved bartending services.

Do you require event insurance?

Yes, we require event insurance. The price is $125 or less.  We will provide you with more information upon booking.

Do you require a security guard?

If alcohol is served, we require a security guard.  The security guard is included in your venue rental.

What onsite services do you provide?

We will setup and breakdown all tables, chairs, and linens.  We will also clean the venue.  You are required to remove all decorations and remove all trash into onsite dumpsters. You are also required to make sure bathrooms are clean and free of debris. The kitchen is to be left in the same condition as when you arrived.

What type of decor is prohibited?

Confetti and glitter. Fake flower petals. Nails, tape, and command strips.

How many overnight guests can you accommodate?

20 guests. We have another rental property 15 minutes from the venue that can sleep 15 guests.
